‘I should chill the fuck out’. That thought kept running through my head all day. I’ve been so caught up in thinking about the future that I’m not really living in the present. From the perspective of the past, now is exactly that future I was thinking about, so I know that being conscious of the moment and enjoying it is always the best choice. But for some reason, that’s easier said than done.
This evening, I went to a local summer festival and took a few photos. When I’m holding the camera, it’s one of the rare times I feel like I’m truly present in the moment.

‘I should chill the fuck out’ この言葉が何度も頭をよぎる日だった。未来のことを考えすぎて今を生きていない。過去から見れば今こそがその未来なのだから、今この瞬間に存在していることを意識して楽しむことがいつだってベストチョイスであることは分かっているはずなのに、それが難しい。今日は夕方から近所の夏祭りに行って、何枚か写真を撮った。カメラを構えている時だけは、その瞬間にしっかりと存在できる気がする。
